Congrats to my brother and his wife, they found out they're having a girl! We're so excited for them, especially since baby has been very stubborn and held out her identity for so long! I told Little Man that Aunt Adrienne had a baby GIRL in her tummy, and he just said- "Umm... I want a baby sister!" Well, go talk to daddy about that one!?! He was very excited that they might come visit for christmas though, and said "but are they going to bring the baby?" well I'd assume so, and then he was concerned because we don't have any girl clothes here, I tried to assure him that they would bring clothes for her, it's crazy how his mind works.
Oh yeah, and scrap the picture a day thing I mentioned in my last post, man I can't even get caught up with the things I HAVE to do, let alone worry about taking pictures every day. I think this Biology class will KILL me!

Daddy doing dishes??
I was going through the pics on my camera and look what I found:
yeah, that's Hubbie actually washing dishes! Even Little Man realized it was an unbelievable thing and went and got the camera. (Just kidding babe, I love you!) I also found lots of pics of the dogs and the floor and Little Man's feet. He's a photographer in training. In Hubbie's defense he does help out all the time, he just DOES NOT do dishes, it was his punishment as a child, and because he was a total pill he did a lot of dishes, so it brings back some repressed memories or something!
After my last post, I'm going to try and be a little more positive. Sometimes I feel like I'm a magnet for insanity... but I'll try looking it at it from the bright side! My life could be so much worse, but it's not and for that I am very grateful
I also loved my aunt Ruthie's idea for a photo a day. So here's day 1 for you- Scott doing dishes.

Bad Day
I'm having a bad day and that's an under-statement.
Let me just preface this by saying that I resently went back to work (my kids come with me- not a fun thing) and I also started an online class this week, needless to say I'm a little stressed out, it's only a biology class but because I haven't used my thinker in this way in over 7 years it's taking some time to come back to me!
These are the things that my kids did today at work, while I was on the phone being as chipper as possible and talking about carpet cleaning, a subject I've grown to detest.
Squirt ate a pudding cup, a bag of teddy grahms, 4 chicken nuggets and 3 granola bars- BEFORE 10 am. That was a days worth of food and now at 4pm, he's starving. He also peed his pants 3 times, something that he's not done in quiet a while. He took a full bag of gram crackers and ground them into the carpets. He ran into the wall and hit his head (in the exact same spot as he did last night) and had a knot on his head that was litteraly the size of a golf ball. I found him chewing gum that I did NOT give him and he FLOODED the floor next to the water cooler. Heaven only knows what he did when I wasn't looking. Usually he takes a nap while we are at the office so I get a little work done while he sleeps, but not today, it must be a full moon or something because he was wired.
Little Man also ate everything including my lunch, so I've been munching on animal crackers all day. He also stole and destroyed my water bottle and so I'm hungry and thirsty! I went out by the water cooler to find Little Man playing "cups" this is a new game he invented where you find every gross cup you can find and fill them with water and then put toys in them and poor them into each other, and make the mess of a life time. Add this to the cracker crumbs from Squirt and it looks like a Tornado hit. He was running around with Squirt (when he hit his head) and got so worked up that he also peed his pants (?!?!?) Well I don't have clothes for him so now he's uncomfortable and just smells like pee. He also has had the time of his life turning my office light off... when I'm in the middle of talking to a customer... all day. He's also been extremely curious... mom what does this button do? (push) there goes my computer! same with the printer, the lights and anything else that has a button.
Add to that the most annoying employees ever that think by being sweet to me I'll give them what they want (boy did they pick a bad day!) One of them actually told me to "cut the attitude" ..............I'm just going to strangle the next person that gives me an issue. And now I get to go home and clean up after a puppy that has been locked in my hallway all day! Woo Hoo more pee! I'm going to take a tylenol pm and call it quits here soon! (and actually I feel a whole lot better now that I got that all out- thanks!)

Our Latest Little Addition
This is Bella, Little Man's new love in life. She is a 4 month old miniture schnauzer, Little Man wanted to call her "Bonkers", but they'd been calling her Bella and she was already responding to that, so we'll just leave it. Oddly enough both of her parents are white schnauzers so we'll see what she turns into as she grows. She was un expectedly dropped into our laps yesterday; here's what happened:
So Hubbie's 85 year old grandma and her friend that is just as old if not older decided to breed their white schnauzers, the results were 6 puppies. As a "stud fee" Grandma got one puppy, well she couldn't find anyone that wanted the puppy and she can't really take care of it so she said that she didn't want it. Well then her and her friend got into a big argument over something incredibly petty and Grandma decided she wanted what was rightfully hers: the puppy. Well her friend said that they were all promised to people and that she couldn't have one anymore, only making the problem worse. Well we were up at her Cabin at Mormon Lake this weekend when out of no where the friend and her daughter show up with the puppy in tow. They kept talking like they were trying to convince one of us to take it, but then as they got ready to leave they handed us the dog food and said "here's the dog you wanted, take good care of her" and walked away. We were all like what are we supposed to do now?? Grandma is 85 and can barely keep up with the dog she has, my inlaws live in New River, where between the coyotes, rattlesnakes, and harris hawkes, the dog didn't stand a chance... so that left us. It's supposed to be a temporary situation until Grandma finds someone else to take the dog, unless we want to keep her. Well try telling that to my boys who are so in love with this puppy they're practically smothering her.
Come to think of it, Squirt is probably as dangerous to her as the predators.
Now my other problem is I have to get this guy fixed or we're going to have little "Snackers" running around (that's Hubbie's very inventive word for a Schnauzer/Jack Russel mix)
So we went away for a relaxing weekend and came home with a 14 year commitment... Great!

Okay, Terressa tagged me so here goes:
20 Years Ago (1988): I was 7, we lived in Salt Lake City, my Dad was attending University of Utah. We lived in the student housing and I have some very fond memories, for starters, there was a playground 10 feet from our front door. I also got to ride the bus, that was so cool. I think back now and wonder how my mom didn't go crazy trying to keep 4 kids quiet in an apartment??
10 Years Ago (1998): I was 17, the summer before my senior year. I worked at the community pool so I was super tan and super cute!
5 Years Ago (2003): I had just had my first baby, and was probably very tired! I was all full of emotions that new mom's have, I never realized I could love my little guy so much!!
3 Years Ago (2005): We moved into our current house in Peoria, we also found out I was expecting Squirt, that was exciting.
One Year Ago (2007): I had a one year old who still wasn't sleeping through the night, 2006 and the beginning of 2007 are all a blur! Hubbie got a new job with the county, he was excited to finally be "using" his degree! In september I had an eptopic pregnancy, so I had to deal with the pain and depression that that brought with it, that sucked.
This Year So Far (2008): This year has been okay, nothing too exciting going on, My parents have come to visit twice so far, me and the boys took a trip to Utah and Idaho with them on one of the visits.
Yesterday: I don't remember yesterday, ummmm... oh I finished reading the 3rd Twilight book "Eclipse" that's why my day is a blur, I also had to work, It was very slow:(
Today: I went to the movies with my boys, we saw "Mr. Magoriums Wonder Emporium" it was really cute. I ate too much popcorn and then came home and thought about all the cleaning I should do, but didn't. I also talked Hubbie into taking me to Macayo's my very favorite mexican food restaurant. I've been trying to "frost" my bathroom window with this spray stuff today, so I think we're all buzzing a little from the smell!
Tomorrow: I'll probably think about cleaning some more and I probably won't do it. That's how great of a wife I am!! I have to grocery shop and pack for our holiday weekend, we're going to the family's cabin.
In the next year: Well no real plans, might try to get pregnant in a year or so, we'll see how that goes. After my last experience, I'm in no real hurry. Little Man will be in Kindergarten, so I'll get to spend a lot of time getting to know Squirtr better. I also plan to finish all the little projects that we've started over the last 3 years we've lived here!
I'm just going to tag anyone that reads this. So you... fill this out and post it on your blog! Have a good day.
