The Class of 2021

I'm a week and a half late posting this but better late than never!

Can you believe that?? the class of 2021- that sounds like FOREVER away!

I love his teacher, she doesn't take any crap but at the same time the kids just love her. Anyone that can handle 21 5-year-olds should be a shoe-in for heaven!

I've been a little bit worried because every morning Little Man doesn't really get involved with other kids on the playground, he just kindof hum hah's around, I mean nobody want their kid to not have any friends, but today he ran straight to a group of extremely roudy boys and joined right in on the group of tag that they had going on, so that was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

I had to babysit a little girl this morning and Little Man really wanted to stay home and help me take care of the "babies". I told him that would be totally boring and that he'd have a lot more fun at school. About 5 minutes later, he came down with a stomach ache. I told him that sick kids have to stay in bed all day, to which he replyed "well, i'm not that sick". then he had a runny nose, same conversation, then a fever. He's been in school 7 days now, how does he know these excuses?? Another mom suggested that they must have discussed the reason's you don't come to school if your sick. I hope so, cause if he's coming up with these on his own- I'm in trouble!

Little Man's Tooth

Little Man came in my room the other morning, freaking out as only he can, because something was wrong with his tooth, when I looked, one of them was all crooked and I thought 'what the heck?!?' then I realized it was loose.

There has been several days of "when will this thing come out??"

This morning he came in my room screaming "you're going to see something very exciting happen today!!" - his tooth was barely hanging in there.

Today after church I walked into my room to this torture scene, yes those are pliars in Hubbie's hand. I grabbed my camera, snapped a pick and had to leave the room.

And here you go:

A hole in his mouth for his first day of Kindergarten. I'll have more pics tomorrow of that!!

I think I'm in for some trouble...

Squirt (let you remind you that he is only 2)- the other day he walked by me leaving a trail of stink behind him, so I said "Squirt did you go poopoo in your pants?" and to this he responded "Ummm, No Bella (which he says "Bewa") poopoo" He actually blamed it on the dog!! And then just yesterday he blamed it on his brother. How does a 2 year old know to do that, I ask you??
