One of my resolutions this year is to make us healthier eaters. January's challenge: to prepare a fruit/veggie with each dinner. In general we eat pretty healthy, but I always seem to forget the "side dish" and go straight to the meat. So far it has gone pretty well. We have not eaten out for any meal in
(what day is it??) ... 7 whole days. And Squirt has successfully eaten a piece of broccoli (nearly killed him), a piece of corn (nearly puked) and a piece of celery (actually not too bad). Sadly, in Squirts case, I call that success!
