We started off the day by doing a little shopping. She got a pink princess phone and a new sippy with puppies on it!
Then we picked up Squirt from school and had some rockin' PB&J, then attempted to have nap time, which didn't really work (She hasn't napped in over a week, I'm NOT ready to give that up.)
Then we had some friends over to play, they ran and screamed and ran some more... always fun!
Then we decided, what the heck, lets go to dinner... that was a rather expensive reminder into why we don't do that... EVER.
Then we came home and had some birthday cake (which I made with a jello frosting recipe I found on pinterest here- YUM!! Also making cupcakes in ice cream cones- not so Yum:( )
(any thoughts on how you teach a toddler to smile instead of "CHEESE" like a crazy person??)
She wouldn't even pay attention to the candle until she had a cupcake in her hand.
This is the candle no one could seem to blow out!

Then we opened presents! She knew exactly what to do there... She ripped open the first gift, some clothes from grandma, and then hugged them excitedly, threw them down and grabbed the next one. She got a backpack, so that she can stop stealing the boys. and a microphone, so that she can stop using the feather duster as one.
We may regret the microphone: Yikes!!
